The problem

The former Keralty web portal faced several challenges that were creating barriers for users. It lacked a modern, intuitive layout and responsiveness to different screen sizes, making it difficult for users to navigate and access vital information.

The challenge

Our task was to comprehensively redesign the Keralty web portal to address these challenges. The goal was not only to modernize the aesthetic appeal but also to enhance functionality and user engagement. We aimed to provide a seamless experience, irrespective of the device used by visitors.

The Discovery

The project began with an extensive benchmark study, which provided valuable insights into best practices and emerging trends in healthcare web portal design. These insights served as a guideline for our redesign.

Information Architecture

We then embarked on redefining the information architecture, aiming for an intuitive and logical structure. This process was crucial to ensure users could easily navigate through the web portal and quickly access the information they required.

Prototyping

The next phase involved developing web and responsive prototypes of the new design. This allowed us to visualize the proposed changes and adjust elements to maximize usability and aesthetic appeal.

In the final phase of the project, we provided Keralty with a comprehensive guide outlining the final design. This guide served as a blueprint for Keralty's in-house team to understand and implement the design, ensuring that all elements were appropriately integrated.
